Day 36

Today was day 36. I had a pretty solid day. Ate pretty solid. I did below the belt which is a lower body workout (30 minutes) but it had a lot of shoulder building as well from the down dogs and 3 legged dog crunches.   I'm thinking about doing a video tomorrow to see how many push-ups I can do.

Sorry for the short blogs. I've been doing this on my phone sense moving.  Soon I'll be posting from a computer and be able to type a bit longer.
